Payment Types & Terms

1. Accepted Payment Methods

We accept the following payment options for wholesale orders:

Bank Transfer (Preferred)

Payment via direct bank transfer prior to dispatch or collection. Bank details are provided on the issued proforma invoice.

Warehouse Payment on Collection

For approved collection orders, payment may be made at the warehouse via:

• Cash
• Debit card
• Credit card

Goods will only be released once payment has been completed.

Secure Online Card Payment

Debit and credit card payments are accepted securely via:

• PayPal
• Stripe

Payment links can be issued upon request.

All online payments must clear before goods are released.

2. Payment Structure

Starbelly operates on a strict pre-payment basis.

All wholesale orders require full cleared payment prior to:

• Delivery dispatch
• Warehouse collection

We do not operate open credit accounts.

3. No Credit Policy

To maintain stable stock flow and consistent supply operations, we do not offer credit terms during our operational development phase.

All partners are required to operate on advance payment terms.

Future contract-based payment arrangements may be reviewed at management discretion.
